Best In The West Jet Rally is a non-compete event,
this is an open, fun-fly event with very few restrictions.
 
     
 
Best In The West is an AMA Sanctioned event.
All Registered Pilots must have a valid AMA Card,
FAA registration number and must be a CURRENT Turbine Waiver holder.
 
     
 
If you plan on operating a turbine-powered model,
you must show proof that you possess a current AMA Turbine Waiver.
If you plan on only flying Electric or gas ducted fans,
you must only be AMA current.
Please come prepared with this information during pilot registration.
 
     
     
 
All pilots who wish to participate in the event,
and do not hold a AMA Turbine Waiver,
may still register as a pilot.
However, all Non-Waiver Pilots, must fly on the buddy box system.
 
     
 
If you would like to have a Turbine Waiver Pilot
and CD sign you off, this may be done ONLY on
Thursday at 6:00 PM and Friday at 6:00 PM.
Providing all of your paper work is with you,
you will need to have a CD and a
Turbine Waiver Holder agree to watch you fly.

Camping is FREE for all Pilots and Crew
who are registered in the show.

Food service will be available on site.
Serving Breakfast and Lunch from
Thursday Oct 16th ends on Saturday Oct 18th, 2014
There will be plenty of food, water,
and soft drinks available for purchase.

Best In The West Shirts and Hats will be available
for purchase at the Registration Table OR when you register online.

If you are interested in renting a Trailer or RV, please contact Martin or Marie at Rosedale RV.
 
     
 
 
 
Your rented Trailer or RV will be already at the show waiting for your arrival and filled with water, propane and the refrigerator will be running and cold. Please do not worry about running out of water or filling both of your Black & Grey Tanks. There will be a water truck with pump station for all your needs. Knight Porta-Poti will be there to pump the Porta-Poti's and will do the same for your Trailer or RV for your convenience. There will be a charge for this, but it will be between you and the Knight Company. Please remember to bring your own towels and bedding. When the show has ended, just take your things with you when you leave.
Rosedale RV will pick up your rented Trailer or RV.
